We have had three great seasons in 2014, 2015, and 2016 with a terrific group of vendors. With our relocation in 2016 to the beautiful Mt. Hood Community College campus, we now have a truly amazing location to grow with.  Opening day will be Saturday, April 15th. We are located in parking lot "W" at the corner of Kane and SE Stark Street. We have generous parking right next to the market lot and we have landscaping all around us. Access is convenient from both Kane and SE Stark Street.

PROSPECTIVE VENDORS PLEASE NOTE:  When you apply to our market, you set up your own account within the free online software called Manage My Market specifically for our Saturday market. You will set up your own login and password. We DO NOT ask you to pay an application fee up front. We first evaluate your application, and then if we want to invite you to vend with us, we will invoice you with the $35.00 application fee. You must pay that fee to be approved, so prompt payment is required. You are also expected to fully read and understand our 2017 VENDOR HANDBOOK as well as our 2017 VENDOR MEETING handout. Both are available and can be downloaded from the DOCUMENTS TAB in your account once you apply. 

Our Vendor Environment

We are committed to bringing together a diverse mix of quality vendors to serve the greater Gresham area. If you are equally committed to offering customers your very best effort, we hope you will apply to vend. The GSM management will strive to establish an appealing variety of goods and services while avoiding duplication where it doesn't make sense to improve profits for everyone. Our goal is to bring the customers to the market and help you make a success from the hard work you put into developing your business. We don't succeed if you don't thrive. We always will welcome your ideas and input. 

With the help of our street exposure and the relationship with Mt. Hood Community College we will keep the public awareness of our market active throughout the week. We will advertise and actively market beyond just the Gresham area. We will vigorously market to customers through a year around newsletter, giving the customers reasons to keep returning the market and help enhance your marketing efforts.

A minimum of 4 hours of live entertainment during the peak hours of the Market and we will offer the period between 9:00 AM and 10:00 to local high school or small groups to perform if they wish. At 11:00 AM, the pros will take over. There will also be a generous amount of seating for folks who wish to linger awhile. 

There is an online application process and a non-refundable $35 application fee. We do not invoice you for the fee unless we plan to approve you to vend. The basic space fee each Saturday is $35 for a 10 x 20 foot vending space (10 foot selling frontage and 20 foot depth). There is room for two 10x 10 canopies.
